Birkenstock Footprints Of Ventura

Have had nothing but positive experiences at this store. The owner is knowledgeable about the brand, and even suggested that I retry all of my old birkenstocks that I stopped wearing due to changes to my feet and ankles. I have, and these older birkenstocks are indeed remolding to my feet. ♥️

Just had the best experience at this Birkenstock location! I came in after a long bike ride (SF to LA, over 7 days - on day 6) in need of a comfortable shoe (and fast) as my current ones were not cutting it. The team member working (also the owner) was so sweet and helped me get exactly what I needed! She could have tried to sell me the $160 pair, which I thought would work; however, she thought (for what I needed), the simple $50 one would work - and do they ever! I appreciate YOU! Please support this local store!

I love this store. Joanne the owner always makes me feel so welcomed. She knows about all the products she carries. I just bought a pair of Birkenstock inserts to wear in my walking shoes and they are great. Definitely worth the price. I will be back in February .

Joanne is the sweetest! Ordered me my oiled leather 38 sandals and held them in the back until I could pick them up this weekend. Joanne is also super knowledgeable on everything about the brand and the shoes! Next time I’m due for a new pair of birks I’m going there. Love shopping local and she has a wide selection!
